Winters Coming I

In early November I was at work when a weather storm started moving in. Autumn was mostly over and I thought I had finished photographing falls colors for the season, however I thought I might get a few good shots from this storm before it knocked all the leaves out of the trees. I left work, changed clothes and immediately drove and hour and a half to get to Hawks Bill Crag on the slim chance I might get my final shots of the season. It was worth the trip. I was the only one out there as the low clouds and steady rain slowly overtook the entire valley. As I stood there in my rain gear with an umbrella covering my equipment I was able to capture this shot.
